This form is for requesting a reimbursement for the price difference between a hybrid and fully virtual event. We will reimburse the excess sum of the price of the on-site participation as the fee for virtual attendance is lower. We will also fully reimburse the on-site social events and excursions if you had chosen any of them during registration.

Comments or additional information about your refund

All refunds will be processed by April 12, 2021, at the latest. The refunds are processed on the first come, first served principle.
